Ms. Do was admitted to practice in California in 1999, and also is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Do was a professional liability claims consultant with CNA Insurance Company. In that capacity, she was responsible for analysis of insurance coverage issues, negotiation of settlements, and management of the defense of hundreds of litigated malpractice claims.

Since her admission to practice Ms. Do has litigated at both the trial and appellate court levels. She has successfully defended a number of litigated professional liability cases, and she also has obtained successful results by way of summary judgment, motions to dismiss and other dispositive motions.
